Job summary

Silverado Thousand Oaks is a memory care leader delivering care to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. The role is part‑time on the NOC shift, offering hands‑on support, strong teamwork, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s/dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable around animals and pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
