Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required and punctual attendance.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support memory-impaired residents in a safe, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to nursing staff.
