Job summary

Silverado Escondido is hiring caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairment. Join a memory care leader recognized as a top workplace and help residents live with dignity and joy.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, document care, and work a part-time NOC shift on weekends. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork, with paid training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairment preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
