You lead with heart and integrity—providing daily living assistance, building relationships with residents and families, and reporting changes to the nursing team in a respectful, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
