Job summary

Stonegate Village Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking compassionate staff to provide comfort, safety, and supervision for residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, administer medications per physician orders, and document care plans while respecting residents' preferences.

Responsibilities include reviewing eMARs, responding to call lights and alarms, and ensuring clean, safe living environments with teamwork and strong communication with care staff and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Answer resident call lights, doors and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common spaces per schedule.
• Assist with meal setup and cleanup and participate in Life Enrichment activities.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.
