Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications per physician orders and document.
• Review eMAR to ensure timely medication administration.
• Support residents with meal setup and cleanup.
• Engage residents in activities and promote participation.
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report changes to care staff.
• Ensure safety by responding to call lights and alarms.
