Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities, assist with mobility and personal care, and help ensure safety and comfort in a compassionate environment.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, adhere to individualized service plans, and participate in ongoing training to deliver excellent resident-centered care consistent with MBK values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and eating.
• Provide safe transport and assistance with transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, and privacy.
• Follow ISP and lifestyle surveys, complete assigned duties during shift, and maintain safety standards.
