Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and transportation while ensuring safety, dignity, and personalized attention in a warm, community-centric setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to individualized service plans. Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth within a hospitality‑driven senior living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications are required and maintained through ongoing training as needed.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if not held.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining each resident’s independence, dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Review shift reports and ISP/lifestyle surveys at start of shift and document updates.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in the ISP during the shift.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers and escorts as needed.
• Respond to residents’ behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policies.
• Lead activities and engagement assignments for residents and supervise program participation.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
• Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per physician prescriptions when trained.
• Maintain a safe environment and comply with regulations and company policies.
