Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Memory Care. This Full-Time role offers a schedule of Sunday - Thursday (2:00pm - 10:00pm) with pay ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, supporting residents with daily activities and compassionate, high-quality care.

You will assist with ADLs, transportation, meals, and social engagement while upholding dignity, safety, and privacy, and you’ll be part of a team committed to growth, learning, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by the state.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if not held.
• Experience in caregiving preferred and on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including personal and dental hygiene.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassionate care.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and dignity per policies and procedures.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents as needed.
