Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Provide support during meals, mobility, and transportation as needed.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care for each resident.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain resident dignity, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
