Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver - Full Time (Memory Care) to support residents with daily activities, follow care plans, and provide compassionate, high-quality care. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and teamwork within a hospitable environment.

The position offers a rich benefits package and opportunities for professional development, with a schedule of 6:00am–2:00pm Saturday to Wednesday and a pay rate of $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification.
• Background clearances as required by regulations.
• Health screening with negative TB test within 6 months.
• Ability to interact with residents of different ages/backgrounds.
• Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and push 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while respecting dignity and safety.
• Follow care plans to ensure proper resident care.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, meals.
• Assist at mealtime with serving and clearing trays.
• Transport residents safely to meals and activities as needed.
• Perform routine safety checks on residents.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and meaningful activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with laundry and other duties.
• Manage oxygen equipment per MD orders.
• Document information and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond to resident alerts and emergencies promptly and professionally.
