MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and social well-being. You will assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and program participation, while ensuring dignity and safety in every interaction.

The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on care and teamwork within a hospitality-driven environment. Valid First Aid/CPR and state-specific certifications are required or pursued as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and escorts to meals, activities, and programs.
• Monitor residents, report changes in condition, and ensure privacy, dignity, and safety.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care and support emotional well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform housekeeping and laundry tasks per ISP and policies.
• Follow procedures for safety and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA where applicable.
