Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

You’ll perform daily living activities, build relationships, and maintain care records in a safe, respectful environment. Full-time AM shift with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Experience or interest in caring for individuals with memory impairment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
