Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator, is hiring Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments. You will blend empathy and reliability to create meaningful moments daily, leading with heart and integrity in a team-focused environment.

The role involves caring for residents, building relationships, and maintaining accurate care records, with full-time NOC shifts Thursday to Saturday.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care for residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory impairments.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents in a safe, respectful, engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
