Silverado Franklin, a memory care innovator ranked in the top 10 nationwide by Fortune Magazine Best Workplaces in Aging Services, is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support residents with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments. This full-time role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and relationship-building in a team-focused environment.

You’ll provide daily living assistance, record care details, and engage residents in a safe, dignified setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfort around animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
