Job summary

Silverado Beverly Place in the United States seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide hands-on support to residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You’ll build relationships, assist with daily living, and help maintain a safe, engaging memory-impaired environment.

Expect full-time night shifts (10:00pm–6:30am) with paid training, strong internal mobility, and benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision, FSA, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia preferred.
• Reliable transportation for attendance and punctuality.
• Effective verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
