You will collaborate with a team, document observations, assist with meals, mobility, hygiene, and monitor residents' well-being while following state regulations. Full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related caregiving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia and person-centered care practices.
• Ability to read and follow care plans; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Provides dementia care including adapted ADLs, meaningful engagement and communication per a person-centered service plan.
• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and meals as needed.
• Monitors health, documents changes, and reports to supervisor promptly.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and responds to resident requests and safety concerns.
• Supports teamwork and participates in daily activity programming.
