Silverado Newport Mesa, a memory care leader, seeks compassionate Caregivers to support residents living with Alzheimer’s and memory impairments. You’ll provide hands-on daily living assistance, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and collaborate with the nursing team to maintain care records.

Qualified candidates show empathy, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-focused environment. Full-time, NOC shift (Sun-Thu) with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory care preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Reliability and good attendance are essential.
• Ability to work with residents, families, and team members in a compassionate manner.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
