Job summary

Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Caregiver for the Washington Gardens Memory Care community located in Tigard, OR. This role supports residents with daily care, meals, activities, and safety, emphasizing kindness and teamwork.

Shifts available swing/evening 2PM-10PM (Friday-Monday). Competitive hourly pay at $19.00–$21.00, with benefits and a mission-driven environment that respects residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Willingness to work with elderly population; training provided.
• CPR/First Aid certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all resident care needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Notify care coordinator/RN of changes in condition.
• Assist in dining room during meals.
• Assist residents to scheduled activities.
• Help residents get ready and to appointments.
• Report changes in condition promptly to supervisor.
• Take accurate vital signs and weights.
• Assist with lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Keep First Aid/CPR current.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
