Job summary

Rock of Ages in Oregon is hiring compassionate in‑home caregivers to support seniors in Memory Care across Yamhill and Polk Counties. You’ll help with daily living activities, mobility, safety, and personal care, creating a warm, respectful environment where residents can thrive.

Openings include Tuesday 6:00am–2:30pm, swing, NOC and on‑call shifts. Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license with reliable insured vehicle; CPR and food handler cards are encouraged or obtainable on hire;

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.
• CPR certification or ability to become certified on hire.
• Food handler’s card or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Able to pass criminal background check with ORDHS.
• Ability to work well with others and provide quality elder care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care in Memory Care settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents and the care team.
• Follow care plans and document observations as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment.
