Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is hiring a compassionate Medication Technician for its Memory Care community in Eugene, Oregon. You will support residents with daily routines, assist with personal care, and participate in care planning to enhance quality of life.

Full-time swing shift 2:00pm–10:30pm, with training provided to help you succeed. If you enjoy building relationships with seniors, this role offers growth opportunities and a welcoming team committed to excellent care.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
• Love for seniors and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support residents with their daily routines as indicated in their service plans, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or personal grooming.
• Fulfill all duties for a medication technician
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support our residents.
• Collaborate in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Answer pages and call lights
