Job summary

Capital Manor Retirement Community in Salem, Oregon is seeking a qualified caregiver to provide memory care and daily support to our seniors in a state-of-the-art facility. The role runs Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered care.

You will follow individual service plans, assist with ADLs, monitor health, and document changes while maintaining a respectful, homelike environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; preferred 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must possess or be willing to get a Food Handlers card and first aid certification.
• A CNA must possess a current unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Follow resident service plans with provision of care.
• Assist with ADLs and transporting residents.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and dignity of residents.
• Document care and monitor resident health.
• Work Tuesday through Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm.
