Job summary

The Rawlin at Riverbend Memory Care in Springfield, OR is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for the Swing Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) to provide high-quality care for residents. Training is available; competitive wages and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a Memory Care community is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports person-centered care.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, meals, and bedding.
• Support residents in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete state required training on hire and annually.
