Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, home-like environment.

You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement plans, and support daily living from morning routines to nighttime care, while documenting changes and aiding team orientation. This role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active; able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy, create human connection with residents.
• Patient Observer to assess interests, abilities, and needs.
• Master the Mise en Scène to set the day for activities and routines.
• Life Partner; support residents' daily living from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
