Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant to lead and support social events and resident activities in our Tribute Memory Care Department. The role requires driving the bus for outings and coordinating volunteers, with a Wednesday–Sunday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

You will plan, assist with, and coordinate social events while supporting care team efforts, staying current on resident histories and behavior management strategies to promote engagement and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a senior living environment or social activity leadership.
• Experience in memory care is preferred.
• Current CNA/HCA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials.

Responsibilities

• Assist implement scheduled resident activities and events.
• Coordinate and participate in social outings and on-site activities.
• Model positive communication and behavior management with residents.
• Ensure activities occur according to schedule and safety protocols.
• Support volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Maintain resident dignity, choice, and respect during activities.
