Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant to help plan and coordinate memory care social activities and outings, while supporting the care team. This role includes driving for outings and assisting with resident engagement in meaningful activities.

The position requires experience in a senior living environment, CNA/HCA credentials, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials are required, with English communication essential for interactions with

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a senior living environment or social activity leadership.
• Experience in a memory care setting is preferred.
• CNA/HCA certification or equivalent credentials.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate with residents and team.
• CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s credentials kept current.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing scheduled resident activities.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in social events, outings, and on-site activities.
• Model communication and behavior management for residents and team.
• Ensure activities, outings and events occur as scheduled.
• Assist in recruiting, training and scheduling volunteers.
• Support safe and respectful resident care and activities.
