Job summary

Quail Park of Lynnwood is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant in our Tribute Memory Care Department. The role involves planning and coordinating resident activities, outings and on-site events to engage residents socially, emotionally and mentally.

Must have 1 year in a senior living setting, CNA/HCA credentials, valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid. Training for bus outings will be provided. Schedule includes Thu-Sat or Sun-Tue shifts; pay range $23.00-$25.00/hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a senior living environment or social activity leadership.
• Experience in memory care settings preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler credentials desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of scheduled resident activities.
• Plan, coordinate and participate in social events, outings, and on-site activities.
• Model positive communication and behavior management for residents and team.
• Ensure activities, outings and events occur on schedule and safely.
