Atria Senior Living is seeking a dedicated activities professional to lead Life Guidance programs at a California community. You'll plan and implement recreational activities for residents, focusing on engagement and well-being.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of recreational therapy or activity programming for residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
• Ability to plan, develop and implement activities and programs.
• Willingness to work varied shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Guidance programs and develop service plans.
• Provide engaging recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Involve Life Guidance staff in daily program planning and execution.
• Plan birthday celebrations and seasonal activities for residents.
• Assist in census-building activities and maintain activity records.
