Atria Senior Living is seeking a team-oriented Activities/ Life Guidance team member to enhance residents’ daily living through engaging programs and thoughtful planning. You will lead activities, coordinate with staff, and tailor plans for residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia, ensuring safety and enjoyment.

The role requires GED/HS diploma and the ability to work varied shifts, with opportunities for growth and a healthy work-life balance in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years experience with adults developing and implementing activities and/or training.
• Working knowledge of recreational therapy methods for residents with Alzheimer’s/Dementia.
• Certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Guidance programs and develop service plans.
• Provide diverse recreational activities with supervision.
• Involve Life Guidance staff in planning daily activities.
• Plan and celebrate residents' birthdays and seasonal events.
• Maintain records of activities and resident participation as required by state law.
• Coordinate with volunteers to support activities.
