Job summary

Oakmont Senior Living is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Memory Care to organize and promote engaging activities for Traditions Memory Care residents. You will help create a stimulating social atmosphere, plan events, and support residents’ independence while aligning with our mission and values.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ age, and a willingness to transport residents with a valid license. Proficiency in MS Office and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Current Class C license; Class B preferred for resident transport.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director by organizing engaging activities and promoting resident participation.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles for outings and transport.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
