Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer one year of experience coordinating activities with seniors.
• Requires current Class C driver license (Class B preferred) to transport residents.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Vaccination/testing and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in providing a rewarding social atmosphere with regularly scheduled activities and events.
• Promote resident participation through excursions, events, guest speakers, and clubs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Able to drive community vehicles and transport residents when needed.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
