Oakmont Management Group, based in Irvine, California, is seeking an Activity Coordinator for Traditions Memory Care. This full-time temporary role schedules Sundays through Thursdays, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, and offers a range of benefits through the community.

You will assist the Memory Care Director to create engaging activities, coordinate outings, and promote resident participation while maintaining safety. Must be 18+, HS diploma, and driving ability to transport residents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors (preferred).
• Ability to promote resident participation through engaging activities.
• Willingness to drive community vehicles when transporting residents.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Memory Care Director in providing a creative, rewarding social atmosphere across Traditions Memory Care.
• Promote resident participation through regularly scheduled activities, excursions, events, and classes.
• Communicate tactfully with residents, families, visitors, staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards.
• Able to drive Community vehicles and support transportation of residents.
