Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Lifestyle Coordinator (Activity Assistant) to plan and deliver meaningful programs for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia. You will promote social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being while supporting a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with seniors, especially with dementia or Alzheimer’s, preferred.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and one-on-one memory care activities aligned with residents' cognitive abilities and interests.
• Develop and conduct daily activities for memory care residents including music therapy, sensory, exercise, reminiscence, and art projects.
• Coordinate with care team to align activities with individual care plans.
• Plan and execute seasonal events and special occasions for residents.
