The role requires basic knowledge of Alzheimer's and related dementias, plus at least three years in senior recreation; flexible scheduling and a compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years' experience working with adult recreation.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned activity programs for residents.
• Offer diversified recreational activities with supervision for each activity.
• Plan parties and seasonal decorations; maintain monthly calendar for residents.
