Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to design, coordinate, and lead daily enrichment activities for memory care residents. You will support the Resident Lifestyle Director in planning engaging programs that promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities include leading group and individual activities, assisting with newsletters, and helping with events, decorations, and safe outings. A caring, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of relevant experience with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow scheduled plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead or assist with social, educational, exercise, and arts activities.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and special events.
• Encourage participation and document outcomes as required.
• Support Residence Lifestyle Director and assist with trips and outings.
