The Life Enrichment Activities Assistant at Harmony Senior Services supports the Life Enrichment Director by designing and delivering varied recreational and educational programs across IL and AL neighborhoods. You will help plan a monthly calendar aligned with wellness dimensions and community goals.

You will recruit and supervise volunteers, coordinate events and outings, document records, and assist with resident transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; entry level with 1–3 years is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Flexible, imaginative, engaging and passionate about working with seniors.
• Experience organizing, conducting and planning programs and activities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, initiate and implement a monthly calendar of activities across IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Survey residents to align programs with interests and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the program team to plan calendars, events and outings.
• Engage residents and families to promote participation and satisfaction.
• Document records and maintain required documentation.
