Vista Senior Living Management is seeking an Activity Director at Cannon Rivers in Cannon Falls, MN to enrich residents' daily lives through engaging programs. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and leading memory care activities with a compassionate, resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities include supervising volunteers, facilitating life enrichment, and collaborating with the Therapeutic Recreation team.

Competenze

• Experience in memory care and as an Activity Director strongly preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Assists with planning a comprehensive program of activities for residents.
• Plans and directs activities; escorts residents to activities as needed.
• Supervises volunteers and assists with community outings.
• Provides one-to-one activities for residents not in group activities.
• Maintains attendance/behavior records and communicates with departments.
• Sets up and decorates for activities and events.
• Participates in Therapeutic Recreation Department meetings.
