Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Programming Coordinator, Memory Care for a part-time role in the Entertainment & Programming department. The position offers hourly pay of USD 17–18 and requires strong customer service, tech comfort, and driving eligibility.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, developing monthly calendars, coordinating performers, and guiding residents in participation and transportation within community guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with internet resources and current technology.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and 3+ years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Develop the monthly program calendar to balance cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assist in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Influence and encourage residents to participate in activities with positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist in providing medical transportation to residents within community guidelines, as well as outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
