Job Opening: Memory Care Activities Assistant at The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living

Join our team as a full-time weekend Memory Care Activities Assistant and make a positive impact in residents' lives!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide care and compassion to residents, enhancing their well-being.
2. Support team collaboration by assisting with onboarding new staff.
3. Encourage residents to participate in daily activities to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
4. Motivate residents to engage in their health and wellness activities.
5. Organize activities tailored to residents' backgrounds, needs, and preferences.
6. Recruit, train, and recognize volunteers to expand activity programs and maximize resident participation.
7. Engage residents' families, the community, and volunteers to foster active involvement in residents' well-being.
