Eagle Valley Meadows is now hiring a Memory Care Activities Assistant - CNA

Full-time Days

(Must be CNA Certified)

  1. Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion.
  2. Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
  3. Encouraging memory care residents to participate in daily activities, enhancing their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
  4. Using your passion for serving others to motivate all residents to take an active part in their own health and wellness.
  5. Carrying out activities for residents based on their backgrounds, concerns, needs, and enjoyment.
  6. Recruiting, organizing, training, and recognizing volunteers to expand and supplement the activity program, including as many residents as possible.
  7. Involving resident families, the community, and volunteers in activities to increase overall participation and residents' engagement in their well-being.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience working with the geriatric population is preferred.
  2. CNA certification is preferred but must be willing to obtain CNA certification within the first six months of employment.
