Job summary

Westmont Living in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking a compassionate Memory Care Lifestyle/Activities Assistant to support resident engagement in daily activities and memory-care programs. Join our friendly team and help residents enjoy meaningful activities, assist with arts and crafts, outings, and daily living tasks while upholding safety and dignity in a supportive, homelike community.

You will partner with the Lifestyle Director, document programs, transport residents, and ensure timely health

Qualifications

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs.
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities.
• Transport residents safely to and from various locations such as: medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
