Job summary

Westmont Living of Morgan Hill is seeking compassionate Lifestyle Assistant/Activities Assistant/Driver to support residents in a warm, homelike senior living community. You will help plan and lead engaging activities, transport residents to appointments and events, and collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to create meaningful daily life.

Qualifications

• Assisting with activities as directed by Lifestyle Director.
• Encourage resident participation to develop and maintain residents’ fullest potential through planned activities.
• Assist with documenting and developing programs.
• Assist with the Community’s arts and crafts activities.
• Transport residents safely to and from various locations such as: medical appointments, shopping, banks, activities and social events
• Cultivate leisure time activities such as games, puzzles, movies, etc.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
