Texas Gun Experience LLC in Grapevine, TX is seeking a dedicated Membership Manager to oversee all membership operations, drive retention, and ensure top-tier guest experiences at the range and retail levels.

The role requires 3+ years in membership management or hospitality leadership, strong sales and CRM skills, and a hands-on approach to compliance, events, and staff training. Base salary $50,000 plus commission, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of membership management or guest services leadership experience.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience working with clients.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or marketing preferred.
• Experience with Otter CRM and POS systems.
• Strong organizational skills with auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire membership lifecycle from acquisition to offboarding, including processing new memberships, renewals, upgrades, cancellations, payment processing, refunds, and account adjustments.
