V3 Sports in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Part-time Membership Specialist to manage day-to-day front desk tasks, assist members, and guide guests through programs. You will greet visitors, check in members, and provide information on services and scheduling.

This role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to learn Mindbody for member registrations. Schedule ranges from 10 to 20 hours per week, with benefits including ESST and a 4% retirement match.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests at the front desk in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ensure members and guests are checked in and participate in services.
• Manage communications via emails, calls, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain knowledge of V3 membership categories, policies, and eligibility.
• Learn and use Mindbody to register new members and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep the member service desk clean and organized.
• Handle membership transactions following proper cash procedures.
• Open and close Membership operations as scheduled.
• Provide facility tours as needed.
