Job summary

MVP Sports Clubs is seeking a reliable Member Services Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service at the service desk, assist with reservations and billing, and contribute to member retention. You will work as part of the Member Services Department, reporting to the Member Services Manager, with opportunities to learn programming and events.

The position is part-time with access to benefits such as club membership for you and your family, plus 401k eligibility after six months, CPR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• First Aid/CPR Training. In-house training if not certified.
• Minimum 6 months prior customer service experience in high-volume service industry.
• Excellent verbal and personal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to stand 95% of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and staff at the Service Desk and check in.
• Assist with reservations, program registrations, billing questions, and concerns.
• Provide superior customer service in a timely, professional manner.
• Develop knowledge of all programming, events, and facility operations.
• Perform point-of-sale procedures with CSI Software and manage cash drawer.
• Communicate member concerns to the appropriate Manager and uphold service standards.
