Qualifications

• Must have outbound sales experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate online resources while assisting guests by phone.
• Must have excellent customer service skills, written and verbal communication skills.
• GED or better.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with vacation package information, answering questions, and resolving concerns.
• Conduct outbound calls for guest follow-up and engagement.
• Create excitement for vacation experiences by recommending activities and tailoring solutions to guest needs.
• Book reservations and ensure accurate communication of accommodations, tour presentations, promotions, and package details.
