Qualifications

• 1–3 years in commission-based sales and membership enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Sample Sessions and convert prospects into training members.
• Coach peers on sales techniques and membership closes.
• Generate lead flow via calls, emails, texts, and follow-ups.
• Track and report personal sales metrics and conversions.
• Attend daily/weekly meetings with location leadership.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism and hospitality.
