Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center in Lima, OH seeks a Sales Specialist (Guest Services Specialist) to drive membership growth and firearms training sales in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This full-time role offers an hourly base of $17 plus uncapped commissions, with healthcare after 90 days and a company-sponsored 401(k).

You will convert prospects, coach peers, generate leads, and track sales metrics, with performance rewards and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commission-based sales experience.
• Experience enrolling members and generating leads.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to track performance metrics and stay organized.
• Familiarity with firearms background checks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert prospective clients into training members with signed training agreements.
• Coach peers on sales technique, objection handling, and membership close.
• Generate leads via calls, emails, texts; follow up with prospects.
• Track and report sales metrics including new memberships and conversions.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with location leadership to review performance.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first attitude.
