Job summary

Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a Sales Specialist (Guest Services Specialist) in Pittsburgh to drive membership growth and firearms training sales. You will conduct Sample Sessions, close training memberships, and coach teammates on effective sales techniques while maintaining a guest-first approach.

The role offers a base of $17 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commission-based sales experience.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals or groups with the intent to close.
• Strong organization and follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Conduce Sample Sessions and convert prospects into training members.
• Coach peers on sales techniques, objection handling, and the membership close.
• Generate leads via calls, emails and texts and follow up diligently until closed.
• Track personal sales metrics and report results to leadership.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings to review performance and align strategies.
• Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism and guest-first attitude.
