Job summary

Omni Mount Washington Resort in Bretton Woods, NH is hiring for a winter-season role beginning November 2026. The position entails guest service, billing/statistics tasks, equipment handling, and supervision of membership attendants.

We offer on-site housing for Winter Season, employee gym access, weekly pay, complimentary meals, and support services including an EAP. Flexible, team-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Must be flexible: The Resort is a twenty four hour, seven day a week operation that changes depending on the mix of business at any given time of the year.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to pass alcohol (TEAM) training certification to serve alcohol to members.
• Supervisor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for billing and statistic tracking.
• Retrieve all ski/riding equipment from the ski valet – carry their skis/boards out onto the snow.
• Clean off and store equipment at the end of their day.
• Keep the Club in immaculate order; keep all spaces clean and organize.
• Work with the Club Manager to create seamless experiences for our Members and their guests by exceeding their expectation.
• Complete some administrative type work for memberships and billing purposes.
• Supervise membership attendants throughout their shifts.
